The Art to Be a Successful Leader

Two days ago I went at a business seminar "Get Motivated" in Nashville at Bridgestone Arena. I was extremely curious to see in flash & bones people that I admire, like Rudy Giuliani and Steve Forbes. I must tell you that they are a lot more impressive and interesting than I thought before.

I made a little information outline from Rudy's speech and I decided to share it with you.
The art to be a successful leader is to get the best of it (situation, opportunity...) using the list of it (meaning your resources, money, any ...)!

In order to do that, YOU
1. MUST BE CONNECTED
2. MUST KNOW HOW TO USE IT (Information, technology...).
3. MUST ACT (No risk no gain BUT stupidity does not mean risk)
Note: Think & take decisions first for yourself, then for others.
Remember:
People are like sheep’s. They’ll do whatever all the others are doing. If you can convince the natural charismatic ones, they’ll do the rest for you.
To sell to the people use tabloids. The “Drama” and gossiping are well paid tools that can take people minds in the desired direction.

To acquire good leadership qualities you need to:
• READ 2 books at once: one for challenge and one for fun
• LIST things that are interesting to you
• Listen on purpose.
• Learn (even from children)
• Copy people that are successful at what you want/ like
• Make notes! Write! List your goals!
• Make yourself useful. Be a friend, not a party player.
• Take 5 minutes/ day to think before you do anything important
• Teach how to earn and do not give for free!
